Warranty denial appeal.
A warranty denial is only useful if it explains the exact reason. A vague denial gives you nothing to answer.
Rule: ask for the exact warranty clause or exclusion used to deny the claim.
Ask for this in writing
- The specific warranty term or exclusion used.
- The diagnosis or evidence behind the denial.
- Whether missing proof can be supplied.
- Whether the decision can be reviewed by a supervisor or appeals team.
- Whether repair, replacement, partial coverage, or goodwill repair is available.
Short appeal wording
Please review this warranty decision. The product was purchased on the date shown in my proof. The issue is the fault described in my claim. Please identify the exact exclusion used, the evidence supporting the decision, and what additional proof would be needed to reconsider repair, replacement, or refund.
