Strong chargeback signs
- Unauthorized transaction.
- Duplicate or wrong amount.
- Product never delivered.
- Merchant promised refund in writing and failed.
- Service was not provided as agreed.
- Subscription charged after documented cancellation.
Weak chargeback signs
- No written evidence.
- Too much time has passed.
- You changed your mind after receiving what was sold.
- The merchant policy was clear and you agreed to it.
- You filed an inconsistent story across different channels.
